Admission Requirements

Applicants seeking enrollment at the Institute of Brain Education (IBE) must meet the following criteria:

Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

Educational Background: Must have a conferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.

Residents of US States: AZ, CO, FL, HI, IL, TX, WA or International Residents

Application Process
The following steps must be completed prior to matriculation:

Application: Complete and submit the online Application for Enrollment form. Please do this first, before proceeding with the remainder of the requirements

Application Fee: Submit a $200.00 Application Fee.

Transcripts: Applicants must request Official Transcripts from all higher education institutions they have attended to be sent to IBE.
If a prior institution was non-US, see instructions for International Applicants for additional requirements.

Proficiency in English: A prospective student whose native language is not English and who has not previously earned a degree from an appropriately accredited institution where English is the principal language of instruction must submit a certificate to demonstrate college-level proficiency in English. Click here to see the list of standards accepted by IBE.

Essay: Applicants must submit a short essay in English to registrar@instituteofbraineducation.com explaining:
• Educational and professional background.
• Interest in studying.
• Professional goals post-program completion.
• How the degree will support and enhance future goals.

Interview: IBE Registrar will contact you to arrange an online interview with the Admissions department. Be prepared to answer and ask questions pertaining to your enrollment into IBE programs.

Acceptance and Enrollment

Upon receipt of an Acceptance Letter by email, the following must be completed:

Document Verification: If any documents used in the Application process were provisional, they must be replaced by Official documents before proceeding to Enrollment. Documentation must be complete and accurate. Falsification may result in denial or cancellation of enrollment.

Enrollment Agreement: Meet with your Program Director to discuss the courses you plan to take this semester and complete the online Enrollment Agreement Form together. Sign and submit the Enrollment Agreement Form.

Payment of Fees: Pay all applicable tuition and fees according to the tuition payment plan and current published fee schedule. Tuition Payment Form
